|Why has the hair trimmer with the vacuum been discontinued?
Why doesn't Remington make a haircut trimmer with a vacuum anymore? It was such a great idea, and was one-of-a-kind. We loved ours. What could possibly have been so bad or so wrong with it that you would have discontinued its production?

If there is no repair center near you that can assist you with repairing your shaver. We do have a Company called Electric Shaver Service that repairs Remington shavers. They can be reached by calling 1-888-476-1785 and are located in Lincoln Nebraska.

SHORT CUT HAIR CLIPPER SCC100KOS WILL NOT RUN FOR MORE THAN 30 SECS EITHER ON BATTERY OR MAINS FED
I HAVE CHANGED THIS CLIPPER ONCE AND THE SECOND ONE HAS THE SAME FAULT. IS OK AFTER THE INITIAL CHARGING BUT ON SECOND CHARGE THE FAULT APPEARS. I NOTICE THAT I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH THIS PROBLEM. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THERE IS A DESIGN FAULT SOMEWHERE. I AM RETURNING IT TO ARGOS BUT I AM CONCERNED THAT THE NEXT ONE WILL BE THE SAME. HAVE YOU IDENTIFIED THIS PROBLEM?
IF NOT THEN I EXPECT A FULL REFUND. ARE ARGOS AWARE OF THIS FAULTY ITEM? AS I SEE A PROBLEM GETTING MY MONEY BACK.

Will you bring back the Vacuum Hair Clipper; model HCVAC 2000
This is a great clipper for kids. My son hates when clpped hair gets all over him. This clipper has been wonderful but it's now getting dull after a few years use. Please bring back this model! My parents also love and use this model.
