Do you have any intentions of making a model that can be used on your face?

The biggest reason a women get's laser hair removal treatment is to rid themselves of dark chin, upper lip, sideburn area and eyebrow hair shaping. I am so disappointed to know you have made such a nice machine and it cannot be used on your face. I seen your answer over and over again that NO it cannot be used on our face etc etc, but why would you make something like this that cannot be used on the biggest most embarrassing area on a woman? Please direct us to a model that can be used on your face if you make it. Maybe you can make a smaller bulb flash area so we can do it more easily if this ever exists. Thank you, Michelle

The LumaRx uses Intense Pulsed Light, but filters out light below 650nm and above 1200nm in order to ensure the light penetration is deep enough to target the bulb of dark hairs. Narrow band UVB is more in the 311 – 312nm which is currently filtered out by our device.

Will my hair grow up?

I wanted to reduce the hair in my legs* as the advertisment says .i did the first 3 sessions correctly in 1 month (every 2 weeks) . its been 2 weeks since then and as i can see there are places of hair with grow and places without hair at all (did the sessions correctly). The question is, will the gabs be filled with hair again? Will i have to do a session on the places of hair? Will my hair grow again as before eventually?( i kinda want it) .How long it will take from now? Please help.

After a hair follicle is treated, it can take one to two weeks for the hair to fall out. During this time, it may look like hair is still growing, but really the hair is being “pushed out.” You may or may not see these stubs pushed out from the skin.
Another reason for continued growth could be that the area was missed during a treatment. Continue to treat the area whenever you notice regrowth.

After the third treatment it’s important to continue your treatments only as-needed to target hairs that have recently entered the active cycle. Repeat the process for every body part with unwanted hair.

Do NOT use the i-Light Pro on any area where you may someday want your hair to grow back. Results could be permanent and irreversible and should not be used in an area on which you may want to grow hair someday.

Once you turn the unit on, you have to place your skin directly on the orange flashing window (skin tone sensor) on the base to unlock the unit.

You need to unlock the unit by placing your skin directly on the flashing skin sensor. You will need to do this each time you turn the unit on.

The I-Light is not approved to be used on the back. Also when using the I-Light you want to shaver the area version epilating or waxing.

Unit keeps beeping

The Remington ilight pro starts beeping immediately after I plug it in. The hourglass sign is lit up as well and the unit is not functioning. I have already tried cleaning the lens with the provided cloth. Nothing is working.

Replacement Cartridge

We have a Model#: IPL6000 and need a replacement cartridge. There is nothing that states "Pro" on our unit, but whenever we try to purchase a cartridge we seem to be pushed to the "Pro" versions.

Will Pro cartridges work on our IPL 6000?

If not, what part number should we be ordering?

Please make sure the unit is turned off, remove the nose cone, use the cleaning cloth that came with the unit to clean the inside and outside of the window on the nose cone. Once cleaned reattach and try again, this should fix the issue.

Als make sure you have no oils or lotion on your skin you are trying to treat.

Not flashing on my upper lip

Only purchased a couple of weeks ago so can't make much comment at the moment. I bought this mainly for my face. Although it flashes when doing my chin it does not want to flash when trying the upper lip. Why is this please am I doing something wrong.
